OPERATIONs MANAGER

Therapy Alliance Inc., seeks a full-time position for Operations Manager in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Develop and establish company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with these to achieve organizational goals. Assist in the planning and development of the company’s operational goals. Evaluates current and future technology software/application within the clinic and oversee and directs the implementation of new technologies and the integration with the clinic existing systems.
Duties include:
Responsible for managing Therapy Alliance's operations on a daily basis to ensure quality levels of performance are maintained and compliance with applicable regulations.
Develop and establish company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with these to achieve organizational goals.
